#BinibiningPilipinas 2020 official candidate, Maureen Montagne declined the Miss Eco International title after the news circulated that last year's winner, Suheyn Cipriani of Peru got dethroned for being pregnant. Maureen, who was 1st runner-up at the Miss Eco International 2019, says she has to honor the commitment she made to the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Incorporated.
