In Man of the World 2017, when you are ripped ... your abs (shortened version for rectus abdominis) show and you got a six pack.
It became apparent that aside from the Top 5 winners in the flex and flash tableau, the swimwear competetion became the forum for candidates to showcase bulging gastrocnemius, tight buns, razor-sharp deltoids and oh .. how these men have the ability to gyrate, twirl and pirouette in some wild music in front of the adoring public.
Indeed ... I never have seen such pandemonium when the Negros Oriental audience stormed the stage after the show taking selfies and groupies and what have you ... and as I look at the faces of the candidates ... they were stunned! If this is what it means by the Department of Tourism slogan: It is more fun in the Philippines ... then I dare say, the candidates loved it. And my friend say amen to that ... ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES!
NOTE- worthy candidates aside from the top 5 were Enrique Antonio Santana Perez of Puerto Rico, Jake Limtuaco of Guam, James Carne -Australia, Marc Tarres of Spain, Christian Hernandez Ruiz of Colombia and Jung Goo Young of Korea.
