The  - winners of Miss Fashion World 2019 from left to right: Kyla Lilly- United Kingdom- Third Runner Up, Debby Gommeren- Belgium- First Runner Up, Sharmaine Magdasoc- Philippines - Miss Fashion World 2019- Winner, Isabella Worlock- England - Second Runner Up and Louis Wong- Borneo - Fourth Runner Up.  The pageant was held in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia last July 20, 2019.
