The winners of Miss Fashion World 2019 from left to right:  Kayla Lilly - United Kingdom 0 Third Runner Up. Isabella Worlock - Second Runner Up, Sharmaine Rose Magdasoc - Philippines- Miss Fashion World 2019 - Winner, Debby Gommeren - Belgium -First Runner Up and Louvis Wong - Borneo - Fourth Runner Up.  The pageant was held the Palace of Golden Horses in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia last July 21, 2019.
