The winners of Miss World Philippines 2021 from left to right: Dindi Joy Pajares - Miss Supranational Philippines 2021, Kathleen Paton - Miss Eco International Philippines 2021, Michelle Arceo - Miss Environment Philippines 2021, Tatyana Alexi Austria - Miss Eco Teen Philippines 2021, and Riana Agatha Pangindian - First Runner Up. The pageant was held in Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center last October 3 2021.
