The winners of Miss Universe Philippines 2023 from left to right: Mary Angelique Manto - Pampanga - Second Runner Up, Krishnah Marie Gravidez - Baguio - Miss Charm Philippines 2023, Michelle Dee -Makati- Miss Universe Philippines 2023, Pauline Amelinckx - Bohol - Miss Supranational Philippines 2023 and Christine Juliane Opiaza - First Runner Up. The pageant was held at the Okada last May 13, 2023.
