Manny Arcilla: Where Is He Now?

Manny Arcilla photo #9 Manny Arcilla is one of Jun Noya's talent who use to sidetrip from one pageant to another. He was one of the earlier protagonists in Eat Bulaga's Mr. and Miss Sexy. He use to tag along with another hunk Francis Flores and they sometimes visit the set of Ginoong Filipinas where fans and admirer alike ogle at their manly physique to the delight of Jun Noya of course. When Jun Lantape produced Mr. International Philippines, Manny joined and made shockwaves in the pageant as he rightfully connects with the judges and made him their man of the night. Mr. International Philippines was Manny's first title, and the first for him was always memorable. He went to India to compete for Mr. International, and contrastingly enough, he left with a bang ... and then came back in a whimper. There was no funfare ... at all. Another one of the forgotten heroes in the stage and ramp?
By the way the winner of Mr. International 1998 was Mario Carbalho of Costa Rica who interestingly on the later part of his reign, came the decision to dethrone him for not being able to fulfill his obligations. This is quite unfair to Turkeys Hasan Yalnizoglu, or Germany's Tamme Boh Tjarks, first and second runner-up respectively who were just waiting in the wings. Peru, USA and Venezuela complete the magic five.
