Issa Janda: For The Win








Competing in Man of the Year 2017, it maybe hard to stand out, but that is not the case for Issa Janda. In his simple ways, he elbowed all candidates including Vietnam who has been tailing with him as a friend, a confidante and a sidekick. They were so close, they are almost inseparable. Even Spain and Czech Republic pale in comparison when put side by side with Issa.

 Missosology who is covering the event can attest to this. In photoshoots, he transformed from a cool or a "chilled" Romeo to an elegantly and stylishly fashionable kind of gentleman who fights for what he believes in.  Edgy and fierce might be the two best words to describe Issa who has several titles tucked in his sleeves (Man of the Year Philippines 2017, Mr. United Continent Philippines 2016, and Ginoo Ni Daragang Magayon 2016.

 I will not be surprise if he will add Man of the Year 2017 title to make his achievement menu more tasty and edible. However there is one hot chilli pepper that is standing Issa's throat to get the title - the "back to back curse". 

 I am confident the Man of the Year 2017 organization are level-headed not to succumb to that trap. I don't mind a back-to-back victory for as long as the candidate is the rightful and  a deserving winner.(Photo by Drew Francisco of Missosology)
