This is really exciting ... and there is no stopping Mr. Carlos Morris Galang and PEPPS for making it big in the pageant scene. And when I said big ... it meant BIG in the real sense of the word! After the second installment of Man of the World and giving us an impeccable batch of winners ... good karma pours like there's no tomorrow. Mustafa Galal made a good jumpstart for Man of the World and with Cao Xuan Tai and Clint Karklins double teaming in this year's edition ... nobody is complaining! Everything is heading in the right direction.
Just last month another blessing came like "manna from heaven". Missosology has elevated Man of the World as one of six Male Major pageants and now it has a bragging right to stand side by side with Mr. World, Mr. International, Manhunt International, Mr. Supranational and Mr. Global. The decision was made because the facts are just too hard to ignore: multi-city hosting, awesome pre-pageant activities, tight security, great infrastructure, countless cultural and tourist activities, a well produced final event, MOW signature wardrobes and a strong and a noble advocacy -promoting education through masculinity with responsibility. And that possible partnership with ABS CBN (the largest entertainment-Media conglomerate in the Philippines)is just too hot to handle.
Also last week, in Man of the Year 2018, another recognition was given to head honcho Carlo Morris Galang as the Best National Director. See what I mean? If these are not enough good signs for the good president and the organization ...
there is no denying ... the future looked bright & the possibilities endless.
Yesterday, Missosology and VnBeauties also uploaded an article about Man of the World winners written by JP Anonuevo published in Scene Zone Magazine. I talked with JP Anonuevo (writer) and Arvin Cruz ... Scene Zone's generous and magnanimous editor who gave the LAST WORD (permission if you may) and the rest was history ... in 20 minutes the write up was reprinted. Credits were given by Man Central to JP Anonuevo-writer; Arvin Cruz -Scene Zone Editor in Chief; Rashied Clores- Photography; Yhuong Botor- Creative Direction; Jhay Layson- Designer/Stylist; Edss Barnillo- Grooming. The location of this photo shoot was TCMI Fashion Academy. Here it is:
