Jessarie Dumaguing is a 23-year old natural-born island girl from the province of Palawan. She graduated Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management at Palawan State University.
She was the former Miss STRASUC OLYMPICS 2015 and Binibining MIMAROPA Festival Queen 2017. At present, she is currently the ambassador of Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park (PPSRNP); also known as the Puerto Princesa Underground River (PPUR), one of the World's New7Wonders of Nature. Its promotion to sustainable tourism was a responsibility given to her by the City of Puerto Princesa on November 2018, as she was crowned as the Subaraw Festival Queen 1st Runner-up.
Also known as "Black" by her co-models, friends, former teachers and classmates; she possesses a great stage presence whenever on pageants or strutting her stuff on the runway.
In the midst of juggling life as a student and a model, she manages to be a proud Tourism Management graduate of Batch 2018. As a woman who valued education very much, she wishes to motivate children to put their hearts to education regardless of their social status. Hence, her advocacy is to promote the importance of education to each and everyone, especially the younger generation.
Which is why before the start of school year 2018-2019, she gave out school supplies in two elementary schools in Sitio Port Barton; Pagdanan Elementary school and Bunuangin Elementary school. Black is very active with charity works, that she wishes to extend her hands in helping people not only around her vicinity, but on a bigger perspective.
