Josh Ivan Morales is a young man from bucolic and idyll Cagayan de Oro who went to Manila full of ambitions, hopes and dreams. He tried to model here and there as he groped himself to stay in the modelling circle. He joined Bodyshots 2004. along the likes of seasoned AJ Dee. The result was not an impressive start and he made only a small dent in the fashion scene. Dwindling spirit or not, that didn't discourage this go-getter. Instead he wanted to go on and maybe try other possiblities. No matter what it takes. He joined other Bikini Open contest and won the title via Zambales Bikini Open.
After a lackluster Bodyshot performance, he posed 'au naturel' together with some other daring dudes collectively known as Calendar Boys. He used to be called Maico Eduria in this group. Scandals, gossip and calumny followed and marred the boys first showbiz outing, and they continued making big career indescretions after indescretion, especially when Josh/Maico embarked on projects via XXX route. He ended up hurting himself in the process.
After a brief hiatus, he resurrected from the ashes of his XXX fiasco, and was christened as Josh Ivan Morales with matching blond hair in Viva's Men of Provoq. His segment was not forgetable. As a matter of fact it was the episode with the most exposure. And it looks like his efforts efforts paid off here. Another project was brainstormed with Josh as one of the lead and is almost done with its principal photography. The most awaited film is Kumpisal (Confession) and is megged by up and coming director Ihman Esturco. To Josh ... good luck!
